The Wristheft Silicone Weighted Wristbands add resistance to cardio, yoga, and shadowboxing sessions without the bulk of separate dumbbells. Each pair pairs a silicone outer shell with embedded steel weight blocks that stay centered through high-rep movement.
The silicone shell wraps the wrist and secures with an internal velcro strap, adjustable to fit wrist circumferences from about 6 to 9 inches. Steel weight blocks add load in the 1-3 pound range per wrist, with exact weight varying by color option.
