Vibraise™ Vibration Exercise Machine With Bands

Vibraise is a vibration exercise machine with resistance bands for combining platform vibration with band exercises. Its vibration frequency ranges from 5 to 40 Hz, and the bands add resistance for upper-body movements alongside platform use.

The machine has a steel-frame platform measuring approximately 24 by 16 inches and a motor rated at roughly 60 decibels at peak intensity. It includes two resistance bands with different resistance levels, a remote control for frequency adjustment, and a non-slip mat base. Power comes from a standard wall outlet through a 6-foot cord.

Why it works

• The remote control adjusts vibration frequency across the 5–40 Hz range.
• The included resistance bands add upper-body exercise to platform sessions.
• The platform has a stated weight capacity of 300 pounds.
