The Twistroll Twisting Ab Wheel with Massage Roller Grips is a dual-wheel core trainer that pairs rotational ab work with textured rolling massage nodes on each wheel.
The dual-wheel design lets you twist through your obliques and rectus abdominis rather than only rolling forward and back, while cushioned foam handles keep grip fatigue out of the equation during longer sets.
Why it works
Softer TPE wheel compound keeps sessions quieter on apartment floors
Built-in massage nodes add a rolling texture you won't get from a standard wheel
Measures about 13 inches wide assembled and weighs just over 2 lbs for easy storage
