This semicircular foam roller has a stable half-round shape that stays put on the floor while you roll your upper back, lats, or glutes.
It's made from solid, closed-cell EVA foam with a firm density for consistent rolling pressure, and a non-slip bottom keeps it from sliding across hardwood or carpet.
Why it works
Half-round shape keeps the roller stable on the floor, unlike a full round roller.
Closed-cell foam resists sweat and odor absorption over time.
Non-slip bottom holds position on hardwood or carpet.
