The Rubgrip Rubber-Coated Dumbbell Pair delivers strength training without the crash of uncoated iron. The rubber coating absorbs impact, protecting both your floor and the weights from chips and cracks.
Each dumbbell features a cement core that stays stable through reps without shifting, and a textured grip that holds firm even when hands are sweaty. The compact size ships ready to use straight out of the box, with no assembly required.
Why it works
Balanced for single-arm work, so you're not compensating with your shoulders or core.
