The Puffmat Inflatable Training Gym Mat is a brushed-surface mat that gives you a cushioned floor workout space without a permanent footprint.
Inflate it with the included hand pump to set up a stable surface for planks, push-ups, and core work, then deflate it in about two minutes and store it in a closet or gym bag. The PVC construction with a brushed nylon top layer is built to resist punctures and abrasion, and a repair kit is included for long-term upkeep.
Why it works
The brushed top layer helps keep you anchored during floor exercises.
Adjustable air level lets you dial in a softer or firmer feel depending on the movement.
