The Doorflex™ Elastic Band Door Buckle Tension Rope Holder is a plastic door buckle and one-word tensioner set measuring 5m long, made for anchoring a resistance band to a door frame for home fitness and bodybuilding use.
The buckle hooks over a door frame or board, giving the elastic band a fixed anchor point so you can pull against tension for resistance training. The 5m length lets you run the cord through the buckle and secure it at the door edge before attaching your band.
