The Abassist Sit-Up Assist Trainer is a folding frame designed to support your upper back and neck through the crunch motion. It pairs with two included resistance bands so you can adjust intensity as you go.
Built from high-grade steel with non-slip rubber foot pads, the frame measures approximately 50 cm wide by 35 cm deep and supports users up to 120 kg. It folds partially for storage and requires no batteries or electricity to operate.
Why it works
Adjustable resistance bands, light and medium tension, let you scale difficulty
Replaceable, moisture-wicking foam back pad is machine-washable at 30 degrees
