The Purple Light Band is the first step into the wide bands. It is a staple for dynamic effort squats at moderate weights, banded deadlifts, and pull-up assistance for bigger athletes. If you own one wide band, this is the one to own.

This is the same style of 41 inch layered latex band sold under a dozen different logos. We are not going to pretend otherwise. Ours comes from a supplier that has been layering latex since 1994, matched to the tensions we actually train with at Westside.
